Their emails and photos
We store letters and photos in their book so you can keep, edit, and print them. Each missionary has their own book. If we can’t tell who an email belongs to, we hold it; we don’t guess. We don’t sell emails. We don’t keep passwords.
How emails reach us
You choose how P-Day / weekly emails reach their book (family forwards, shared address, later import, and similar paths). We only place an email in a book when we can match it.
Sign-in
You can start without a long account form. Sign-in uses a magic link emailed via Resend. We use that to verify email ownership and keep a secure session (cookies) so you can open their book again. We store the email address you use to sign in and the book-access relationships you set. Clearing cookies or signing out ends the browser session.
Purchases
Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store card numbers. We receive payment events from Stripe so we can unlock the plan you bought (File / Digital / Hardcover). We may store Stripe customer or session ids and which plan you paid for.
Printed books
If you buy a plan that includes a hardcover, we send print files and the ship-to address you provide to our print partner (Lulu) to fulfill the order. Hardcover fulfillment is mailed in the US.
Cookies and local storage
We use cookies for sign-in and session, and may use local storage in the browser for vault UI preferences. You can clear cookies and site data in your browser.
Hosting and logs
Netlify (and similar infrastructure) may log standard technical data — such as IP address, browser, and timestamps — to serve the site and APIs.
Third-party services
We rely on Stripe (payments), Resend (magic-link email), Netlify (hosting), and Lulu (print fulfillment when ordered). Some pages may load a Meta / Facebook pixel for ads or analytics; Meta may receive pixel events under their policies. Each provider has its own policy for data they process.
Data retention
We keep book content and access records while you use the service and as needed for support, printing, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. Session cookies expire; browser storage lasts until you clear it.

Children
Print My Mission is for families preserving missionary emails. It is not directed at children under 13.
